• Utilized patient claims data to conduct a patient journey analysis for a specific disease. This required exploratory research into the disease and related drugs, development of business rules to determine patient universe and available paths, and the analysis of millions of patients’ data. Breakdown statistics on the patients and their journeys were provided to aid in outreach regarding early detection of the disease
• Collaborated in the development of multiple automatically updating Tableau dashboard and master database to replace the client’s current weekly dashboards and separate sales data sources, decreasing the hours spent on manual calculation, analysis, and visualization
• Acted as the point of contact on behalf of the client to an offshore team of 2-3 people to assign, delegate, clarify, and provide feedback on requests and tasks
• Regularly queried and pulled data from Amazon Redshift databases into Databricks for further analysis/visualization using either Python or R both for ad-hoc requests and long-term analyses

• Designed VBA programs to rapidly pull data from thousands of sources in multiple directories that assisted in cost analysis for future consultant contract negotiations and budget forecasting
